成日都喺Social Media見到有人post呢間餐廳嘅相,因為呢度好適合慶祝生日,好多朋友都鍾意黎呢度食飯影相,今次朋友生日終於有機會嚟試啦。呢度嘅厚燒牛肉非常高質,佢嘅牛肉牛味好夠,而且燒嘅時間啱啱好,一開始師傅會俾咗新鮮嘅食材我哋睇先,嗰陣已經見到食材好高質啦,估唔到食落仲更加有驚喜。呢個龍蝦又係一個打卡位,師傅會提醒你準備點火,大家都準備好相機去影低點貨嗰一刻,真係又壯觀又靚呀。而且佢嘅龍蝦食落都好新鮮,唔單止拎嚟打卡,食落都好好食㗎。而我就最鍾意呢個龍蝦湯,因為佢係用燒香咗嘅蝦頭嚟煮,飲落非常香口,而且仲有少少龍蝦肉,感覺完全冇味精,非常清甜。呢度最特別嘅就係,慶祝生日嘅話,就會有生日公仔碟。而且廚師仲會用醬料喺鐵板度寫出生日快樂,真係好適合影相同打卡。呢間餐廳又好食,生日公仔碟又得意,而且佢嘅位置都好闊落,啱晒一大班朋友嚟慶祝或者gathering。 continue reading

食材新鮮,服務好!首先,沙律🥗蔬菜爽脆,蕃茄去了皮.刺身方面,各種魚類,海膽和蠔都好好味,唔講得超正,但質數唔錯!龍蝦係用日本伊勢龍蝦,新鮮直劏,身做刺身,十分爽甜,個頭用來做湯,食完刺身飲個熱湯,十分暖胃.浜燒喺喺客人旁邊燒,北海道元貝,赤貝和鮑魚燒得剛剛好,唔會太亁,調味係十分好.甲鑼燒加入蟹肉和蟹子,少了咸味,增加鮮味,配合脆麵麭食十分夾.鰻魚飯和魚生飯和最後的抹茶布甸都幾好食.值得再去. continue reading
