Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. 新舊派素食材料共冶一爐,
沙律菜、冷盤、醃菜、涼拌、
熱菜、煎炸食品、水果、
湯、飲品及中西甜點…等,
涼拌及沙律吧有:羽衣甘藍、
秋葵、栗米、車厘茄、紅菜頭、
沙律菜、紅腰豆、酸辣蘿蔔、
青瓜片、蓮藕、木耳、豆芽、
薯仔沙律、麻醬凍豆腐、珊瑚草,
旁邊有幾種醬,隨自己喜好添加
炸物有:炸蕃薯片、春卷、粉絲餃子、
蛋散、炸豆腐同腐皮卷,
而且係不停咁補充,夠哂熱辣辣
普通芽菜係用綠豆泡浸發芽而成,
而大豆芽菜就由黃豆浸發,
花生芽自然係來自花生囉
甜品都有幾款,綠豆沙、南瓜糖水、
南瓜糕、涼粉、拔絲蕃薯、芝士撻等
各種食物不停供應,侍應們都好落力,
熱盆有時剩半盆就已經換新的

車厘茄嗰舊好食
甜蕃薯都好得意 感覺唔似素食
比較開胃
釀瓜好食 好juicy
茄子好特別 唔錯
仲有咖喱薯仔 估唔到佢會出呢啲
絕大部份食物都算唔錯嘅
而且冇諗過會食到好飽啊😋
不過飲品得幾種 而且都係熱嘅
比較有養生feel哈哈
好欣賞佢哋啲食物係會逐漸refill
同埋係咁出新嘅嘢
食到後段仲有甜品出 好搞笑
真心覺得可以考慮下試下呢個新素食buffet
星期日晚餐價148一位 唔駛加一
都算幾抵食 而且位置都算方便
食完最好執返啲餐具去收拾區啦
同埋裡面仲有廁所 真係好周到
去到先1點幾,樓下寫住2點先有位,又一於等下啦😌點9上到去已經開始入得,本身係75分鐘限時,店員表示可以食到3點半,坐就可以坐到4點,唔,可以慢慢食咁幾好😝由於已經食完一輪,所以一開始有啲主食都未refill但係之後都有不停fill,咁都唔錯。
首先有一般大路既沙律吧,青瓜片、車厘茄、紅菜頭、粟米同沙律菜,仲有最愛既麻醬凍豆腐;佢炸物比較多,炸蕃薯片、春卷、粉絲餃子、脆麻花、炸豆腐同腐皮卷,而且係不停咁炸出黎fill,所以食落夠哂熱辣辣,當中最鐘意佢地個炸蕃薯片😝,薄薄一片外邊炸得香脆,上面仲灑上七味粉,裏面既蕃薯肉又甜又綿😂
主菜款式唔算好多,有糯米飯、炒麵、炒腸粉、翠玉瓜、芋頭糕、蘿蔔糕、芋頭煲、數款炒菜、蕃茄素雞、炒西蘭花等,味道亦OK,唔係好清淡果種🤣都有湯同糖水(當日係喳咋),甜品係馬豆糕、綠豆糕同涼粉,糕類食落唔係好滑溜,叫不過不失而已😂。咁樣食法其實食左一陣都有啲飽啦,好滿足😜
其實野食方面係好食嘅,沙律方面仲有雜豆、雜錦小堅果,同埋少有嘅藜麥,不過青瓜略為擺得太耐有D出水,仲有蘋果沙律、涼粉等等選擇,醬汁都夠齊備,唔錯。
炸野款式比較多,有春卷、沙翁仔、蛋散、炸雲吞,仲有七味粉豆腐同扮炸魷魚鬚。個炸魷魚鬚其實食唔出係咩,反而炸豆腐入面夠Juicy, 而春卷入面芋頭蓉都比較多,炸雲吞入面餡料似係人手包嘅,有紅蘿蔔絲雲耳絲等等都足料,炸野都算好食。
之後第2轉拎咗開胃小食,最推介麻辣雲耳同蓮藕,中小辣左右但辣得幾過癒。之後仲拎左個湯,係椰子紅蘿蔔湯,味道夠清甜。另外仲有壽司仔,有D似炸軟款蟹壽司嘅味道,好可惜一出之後畀人拎咗好多,之後就無再出過。
第3轉開始已經無咩野食,發現好入味嘅厚切花菇,入晒味好有新年嘅感覺。節瓜甫個芡太厚。仲試咗個唔知係咖哩定葡汁蔬菜,唔辣但都夠香。之後已經無再出過野食,仲開始執野收爐了。 好彩見到佢出哈蜜瓜,大家個個排晒隊一夾就夾咗好多舊,好快清晒。
最後試左個蕃薯糖水同紅豆沙都唔錯,蕃薯糖水個薑都幾重味。最後五花茶都足料,菊花夠香唔甜,而紅茶隻味都幾複雜同特別,值得一試。
整體野食大部分都合格,但座位冷氣夠大,而且食物太快無Refill, 只能見住人地食自己又無得食。唯有下次再早D黎,再試下其他菜啦~
