這間餐廳喺當晚生日主角選的,佢話間餐廳有超過400個贊。萬萬想不到出門的前三小時發生了金曲「小風波」事件,做為男仕的我急需制造一個浪漫的體驗給身邊女伴,使得她的生日快樂。來到餐廳看到廚師推薦餐單上每一道菜都配有洒精及非酒精的配飲,正如餐廳主厨和鋪在檯面上的粉的紅的玫瑰花瓣一樣,已經耐心等待了我們兩小時及細膩。還記得有一次走入香榭麗舍大道某間知名餐廳,入門口前被帶位員提醒餐廳的消費在200歐羅一位,那時的我即時離開,失望的我在轉角的一間酒吧被一位不知是酒保還是主厨的店主送上他一道以魚作為主食我的午餐,那次我初嘗法國人對味道的自然及細膩追求同樣這次的。餐廳主厨就一下子為我們準備了一系列同樣的六道菜,由開胃的帝皇蟹𢇁的鮮,加上海膽鮪魚生的野,再到打開透明包裝的鮮魯湯味蕾經歷了一次海洋美味之旅,掩蓋剛剛5日前在函館巿場清蒸新鮮帝皇蟹的鮮美體驗。隨著侍應送上雪糕洗刷完舌上鹽味,煙霧下的鵝肝並著鴿子肉的肕性,自家制意麵卷著大蝦的微辣,灼熱豌豆並生的龍蝦及和牛。最後的甜品又帶領一次味蕾遊歷,幕斯的香甜,朱古力的濃郁,馬克龍的橙香,最後的密瓜和藍梅作為甜味之旅的完成。

最後仲有芝士拼盤,三款不同芝士配上杏莓合桃酥 ,高質美味芝士控大愛,甜品亦相當豐富,朱古力Tiramisu超級好味,口感順滑,甜而不膩另外仲有配上咖啡,非常完美。
荔枝雪葩雲呢拿,雪葩清甜,西柚蘆薈爽脆,配搭荔枝肉,果肉交織,冰爽酸甜,層次清新。

順便一提,如果週末嚟食brunch ,頭盤和主菜燒肉眼係無限refill的,而平日lunch 或Dinner ,餐廳會有無酒精特色飲品及極優惠的wine pairing,若如是生日或周年紀念日, 餐廳還會安排玫瑰花瓣等等的浪漫佈置。

We had the dinner set for $1288 but with openrice booking you get a 30% off the bill. The appetizer, main course and desserts are nicely presented and taste are superb. In terms of the decor, I really feel very comfortable as the restaurant is quiet and you can really have a good chat with your partner. Overall experience is very good and I highly recommend you to try it as it won’t disappoint with the food quality that comes with a reasonable price.
