呢日同友人嚟咗銅鑼灣呢間樓上fusion西餐廳,餐廳主打食海鮮🦞日式同西式嘅食物mix and match都做得幾出色。時令野菜沙律呢個沙律用上咗日式嘅胡麻醬,除咗常見嘅沙律菜之外,仲有香甜粟米粒同埋車厘茄,顏色鮮艷又健康🥗汁煮蘿蔔配帆立貝呢個係是日海鮮料理,白蘿蔔炆的好入味,帆立貝大大粒🐚 醬汁唔會好鹹,主要係日式嘅味醂味道。雜菜湯雜菜湯烹調方法較西式,入面有大量蔬菜,包括西芹、紅蘿蔔 、椰菜同埋洋蔥🧅MISU刺身丼呢個刺身丼幾豐富,入面有赤蝦、劍魚腩、油甘魚、紫蘇墨魚、真鯛同埋白身魚😮 雖然顏色方面望落啲魚生都好相似,但係質感同埋油香每款都唔同🫢 個人就特別鍾意佢油香十足嘅劍魚腩,每款刺身都唔會好腥。黑松露雞伴鮑魚汁焗飯呢個製作需時,但係絕對值得等待🐥 店員一揭開煲蓋,有浸黑松露味衝出黎🤩 呢個飯主要嘅配料係黑松露醃製嘅新鮮雞,幾隻大蜆同埋底下用鮑汁調味嘅焗飯🥰 呢個set dinner黑松露雞嘅份量係半隻,我哋兩個人share就啱啱好,雞嘅香味好出,焗完啲雞油出晒嚟🥳 底下嘅鮑魚汁焗飯都吸埋啲雞油,所以更加香口。蜂蜜荔枝羊羹呢個晚餐嘅尾聲,有一人一份甜品。羊羹嘅質地幾特別,味道唔算好甜,入面仲有原粒荔枝🤣呢餐海鮮餐最令我印象深刻嘅唔係海鮮,而係黑松露雞🤭 但係的確好多款食物都食到海鮮嘅鮮味,呢種fusion菜真係好有特色㗎😎 continue reading

星期四中午一行三人試QRE日式餐廳,環境裝修都舒服,自助沙律吧都有幾款,主菜點選「龍蝦扇貝套餐」,扇貝以芝士鋪面睇落似焗烤上桌,切開竟有汁水,質感濕軟似蒸煮,風味勉強合格。重頭戲龍蝦,蝦殼難以完整剝離,肉芯呈半透明狀,勉強試啖但勁腥氣忍唔住反胃,朋友那半隻同樣明顯未熟透。 賣單同侍應反映,不過佢完全無反應,俾錢走人,出到門口發現佢養左好多新鮮龍蝦,唔知生龍蝦係咪佢賣點,但我同朋友真係唔識食,番到公司即時肚瀉。 continue reading
