舖頭只有十個位感覺上應該係店主一個人招呼+煮麵+洗碗+收銀但係絕對唔影響食物及服務質素我哋兩個人6:00嚟到都要等大約半個鐘基本上做多一轉就已經唔再入新客建議早到早享受因為遲啲到都有機會會買晒當日我嗰本就係最後一碗蝦湯拉麵Cold brew 好好味店主仲有拉麵同cold brew一齊配搭嘅方程式我哋叫咗蝦湯同埋雞扒湯我個人就鍾意蝦湯,非常濃味雞白湯就是非常濃郁嘅白切雞湯甜品雞蛋布甸實淨得來,又好香滑必試👍🏻 continue reading

本身見到咁多好評+推介,咁就特登去食,平時經過都見到門口有人排隊,咁就試下,睇下係咪真係咁好食啦~同朋友一齊去食,本身去係想試下白雞湯同蝦湯,但係蝦湯賣哂,得返白雞湯同煮干湯咁唯有食呢兩款加埋套餐啦~《冷萃咖啡加布丁》朋友話白雞湯好咸!而我就試煮干湯,唔好食,舊肉好普通我覺得,個面底係偏硬,仲要有一「注」麵係一舊,無煮鬆咁既,成餐我覺得最好味既係個布丁…真係唔會有下次!!!更加無網上d人講到咁好食! continue reading

14:10喺蝴蝶灣嗰邊落山,見OpenRice寫15:00-17:00落場但係真係好想食,就call車過去碰下運氣,去到見到幾個人排緊隊,照問下,原來當日(星期日)冇落場。餐廳係地鋪,下晝排隊個位都幾曬,等咗20分鐘倒入得。當日係一日限定烏冬日,有雞白湯/蝦湯/干貝湯(?)揀,加幾十蚊轉套餐有埋cold brew同雞蛋布甸,同行友人再加錢轉tiramisu巴斯克蛋糕。cold brew出色。嘢食整體幾好食,蝦湯最濃郁。個tiramisu巴斯克係上層tiramisu,下層係實少少嘅巴斯克芝士蛋糕,幾特別。 continue reading
