星期二晚同幾個朋友去太子試下呢間小炒,我預早一日打嚟訂位,同時預留一隻炸子雞同杏汁猪肺湯,滿懷希望諗住嚟食好嘢,但真係未食過500蚊而無味嘅炸子雞,杏汁猪肺湯,得7碗,要328蚊,杏汁重到好似食緊杏仁糊咁,我就真係錯在預訂時無問價錢,因為諗住呢啲小炒地方食隻炸子雞飲個湯有幾貴呀,今次係買個教訓,當中食咗小炒王,避風塘瀨尿蝦,拔絲咕嚕肉,鐵板生啫雞雜,白胡椒煎魚卜,除咗個芥辣牛柳粒同豉油王鵝腸好食外,無一樣嘢係出色,但就每一樣都唔平,仲要訂位先食到,真係諗唔明點解仲咁多人食 continue reading

天氣太熱,坐低即刻叫啤酒先至再慢慢揀餸,呢隻德國麥啤幾好飲,真係飲到小麥味,又爽又清涼有冇苦澀味。叫咗個鐵板啫啫雞什,又香口又惹味送酒一流,雖然心入面覺得有啲邪惡但係真係好食。佢個集眾招牌雞都好食,難得有雞味,隻雞嘅皮好薄,冇乜脂肪肥膏嗰啲,雞肉都嫩滑,相入面係半隻份量都好足吓。又肉又內臟,梗係要叫返個蔬菜類別平衡返一下健康啦,呢個係龍仔甜梅菜蒸菜心,菜心好嫩好綠,加咗甜椰菜上去原來個味道都幾夾,呢個都幾好食。 continue reading

因為未齊人,所以先叫咗個小食邊等邊食,就係叫咗呢個冷盤,川椒豬手,個豬手都幾入味,雖然叫做川椒,但係其實又唔係好辣。另一個小食就試咗冰火魷魚,都係冷盤,不過呢個魷魚堅辣,叫冰火真係一D都無錯,兩個小食都好食。終於等齊人可以開餐,我地叫咗4個餸,4個都幾好食,呢間小菜館真係勁。先上枱嘅係呢度嘅招牌菜鮮菠蘿拔絲咕嚕肉,呢個真係做得好出色,個咕嚕肉外層係輕輕的脆口,入面粒肉就軟林林,個汁都好食,唔係一味死酸。個集眾招牌雞又係好正,隻雞好有雞味,雞皮薄,又唔肥,連埋雞潤雞腎雞腸,證明真新鮮。呢個鹽水花甲好新鮮,又無沙,而且都幾大粒肉。個菜都好有特色,菜芯加上甜梅菜原來都幾夾幾好食,值得推介。 continue reading

招牌咕嚕肉個味道同個口感又真係唔錯,難怪差唔多每一枱客人都嗌,佢好食嘅地方就係咕嚕肉嗰個外皮好脆,就算淋咗個酸汁落去都冇影響到嗰個脆度,但係佢又唔係渣到硬晒嗰種咕嚕肉,佢入面嚿肉係好軟滑嘅。貪得意嗌咗個鹹蛋蒸肉餅,個肉餅多瘦肉少肥肉。金銀蛋浸勝瓜真係超好食,師傅將個勝瓜刨晒啲皮,淨係保留勝瓜最遠最滑最腍嘅部份,冇諗過勝瓜都可以咁嫩口。最後一個係金薯安格斯牛柳粒,所謂甘薯其實就係炸過嘅薯仔粒,呢個好食,因為薯仔粒吸咗牛肉嘅香味。 continue reading

朋友澳洲返嚟約食飯梗係要同佢食一啲夠晒地道而且有鑊氣嘅粵菜啦,所以就揀咗太子呢一間小菜館。招牌咕嚕肉叫唔得啦,老闆娘話除咗菠蘿係新鮮菠蘿之外,連咕嚕肉用嘅豬肉都係新鮮豬肉,唔怪之得食出嚟又鮮味又亂畫,咕嚕肉外層嘅皮加咗個甜酸汁之後仍然保留微微嘅脆口,味道真係非常出眾。唔好淨係食肉要食啲菜,老闆娘推介我哋試呢一個甜梅菜龍仔蒸菜心,甜梅菜嘅清甜帶出左菜心嘅鮮味,呢個配合搭真係幾好食。第三個餸就叫咗一個邪惡小小嘅薑蔥鐵板魚春魚卜,呢個餸夠晒嘢未夠晒香口,因為鐵板上所以可以保持個新嘅溫度,我自己覺得乳酪好食過魚春。呢度隻德國麥啤幾好飲,出面好似好少飲得到。 continue reading
