整體感覺非常良好,而且人太多,見到有遊客攞埋行李箱黎食,所以好多嘢都要自己出手。不過冇所謂啦!店員冇黑你面(可能黑左唔多覺😎),前台姐姐同好似阿旦的前台哥仔超好人。
收費食左咁多野,6個人每人都係200+左右。

火鍋及各種小菜 環境氣氛夠 冷氣足

最重要係冇醬油費 冇加一服務費
淨係呢兩樣 都已經爭百幾蚊(假設食$500)

火鍋配料的質素 可以大部份都有80分以上
新鮮度高!

呢間餐廳真係幾有驚喜,係門口未必會比佢吸引黎食,但食完就知真係要黎食,員工又好人,食雞煲既時候會幫我地換碟,收起d雞骨,食物大份而有質素,環境可能偏舊,但我覺得幾有風味,我地食完外面已經幾枱排緊隊,今時今日要排隊既餐廳都算犀利😝

最近經常出沒新蒲崗,想打邊爐就諗起幾年前食過嘅陳儀興玫瑰餐廳,質素好且平靚正。今次訂咗位同預留咗個靚湯底,一行四人仲可以試得多啲嘢。湯底選擇十分多,好多足料嘅配搭。我地提早預訂咗當月優惠嘅雙龍吐珠海鮮鍋,係超豐盛由唔同海鮮組成嘅鍋。先要講講兩隻大大隻龍蝦,平時出去食蒸龍蝦都唔止依個價啦!龍蝦新鮮彈牙,鮮味十足!入面仲有鮑魚、蜆、海蝦等海鮮,夾埋番茄、南瓜啲蔬菜一齊滾完個湯底好鮮甜呢。火鍋配料我必點脆鯇魚腩,平時係屋企少啲食到,每次打邊爐食到魚肉爽脆口感都覺得好正。依度嘅手切肥牛質素好高,睇到啲紋路都覺得正!切得厚薄適中,入口少少油脂感外,肉質腍嫩十分讚。餃子都係必點項目,上次嚟食韭菜餃就已經好喜歡,超重韭菜味又足料。今次拼埋芥末西芹餃,芥末少少嗆辣,西芹味好出又香,整體好過癮。蟹籽墨魚滑夠彈牙,蟹籽仲添加咗重口感。配料都不乏內臟的選擇呢,豬潤同粉腸都係我嘅愛,雙拼就一次過可以享受晒兩款。豬潤涮一陣就熟了,質地仲會爆汁。粉腸都無異味,又唔會難嚼。新鮮黑柏葉都好適合火鍋食,幼條咬落脆口,比普通牛柏葉更嫩,不會韌。今次食完都一樣覺得好正,下次要再同朋友一齊嚟呢!
