睇門面,就知道係開業多年既老字號。 主打粉果,亦有蒸餃、腸粉等小食。主打既招牌潮州粉果,外皮綿密煙韌,中間包住飽滿既餡料,兩樣加埋提供好豐富嘅口感。 大大隻食完,好有滿足感。 另外,佢既辣油炒得好香,值得推介。腸粉蒸得幾滑,仍然保持一層層地層次分明,冇黐埋一嚿。 上面慷慨地加上甜醬、辣醬、芝麻等等。 想食少少嘢,但係又唔想太飽時既好選擇。另外,仲有蒸餃、包點等等。 呢度整粉果既質素,蒸餃同包類應該都有一定水準。 但係一次過時唔晒,下次再試。 continue reading

英記美點小食的混醬腸粉混醬腸粉是一道廣東經典小食,它的最大特點和好吃之處是它的外滑內嫩, 皮薄, 不需要有餡便已經很好吃, 因為它的靈魂是它會搭配多種醬料,味道非常好, 包括醬油﹑花生醬﹑辣椒醬和甜醬, 這裡更加有蒜蓉和蔥花, 不只是裝飾, 而是有其香味和作用在, 令食味更好。最欣賞是店家提供的醬料很多很足, 最怕就那些店家的醬料太少太吝嗇, 吃起來便淡而無味不夠過癮。混醬腸粉可以熱食或者冷食, 都同樣好吃, 下午餐或正餐也可以, 是夠飽的,滑嫩的腸粉搭配多種醬料,真是好味又開胃。 continue reading

我經常去深水埗食腸粉, 見到 廣告 星期天五點 今去新蒲崗試下英記, 舖頭都坐咗十個人 ,腸粉竟然係硬嘅, 起曬毛嘅, 應該係蒸完再翻 , 完全輸曬 畀 鴨寮街 , 人哋腸粉滑嘅 ,啲醬又嘢味 ,本來 先前 諗住買啲外賣返去畀屋企人食, 但後來諗下都係 唔好整蠱屋企人。 老店 請努力改進, 守業 艱難 continue reading

我自己好鍾意食粉果上次見到有人介紹話新蒲崗有間好好食的粉果梗係要黎試下啦!!😋😋LUNCH TIME時間都幾多人WO🤨🤨我自己就試左椰菜豬肉餃/韭菜豬肉餃/粉果同埋腸粉真心我自己都食唔哂🤣🤣🥟🥟椰菜豬肉餃/韭菜豬肉餃入面都幾多椰菜🥬反而韭菜個味唔係好重個皮可能蒸得耐左少少所以會有D痴埋一齊加埋豉油就會好食D🫙🫙因為味道都比較淡 普普通通🙂🥟粉果 唔點豉油都好夠味個皮都幾薄, 料都幾多花生同沙葛都好脆🥜好味既😍😍腸粉都滑身, 正常發揮P.S. 鍾意食粉果的朋友值得一試!!! continue reading
