經我查看 原來因為呢間餐廳師傅之前係有日本料理的經驗,從而注入潮州菜,務求令食客品噌到的獨特及創新的「新派」潮州菜。

(至少我認為是這樣的)
一個人在新蒲崗流浪的時候,發現了這間新開的潮盛館!
中午來吃午飯也不貴!平均$40就有交易!
這次一個人來吃晚餐,花了不到$150就吃得非常滿足的說!

來到潮州餐廳,肯定要點上方魚肉碎粥
裏面香脆的方魚碎真的很惹味
潮州粥加上了許多的蔥花和鹹酸菜,風味真的很不錯

點上了這個小吃拼盤, $88就可以吃到墨魚和牛腱
墨魚跟你說,真的超級爽脆
牛腱是紅色的外皮,感覺在香港很少見,沾上醬汁很惹味。

看到餐廳每個人都會點上這裏的老火湯,原來跟餐只需要額外加上$28
今天的猴頭菇惹菌湯,用上了幾個小時熬煮,非常香甜。
