去太古城同屋企人飲茶,本身諗住喺觀塘搭船落北角食雞髀先。點知未有船,見隔離筲箕灣走開就直接過咗筲箕灣。過到嚟筲箕灣諗起太安樓,就過嚟食牛雜過下口癮。之前都有鄰居買過外賣返去食,但係外賣返到去大埔就真係唔係嗰種味道。今次即買即食又真係唔錯,冇叫細碗淨係點咗三個餸,肺、腸同埋蝴蝶腩。$36都算正常,唔似得出邊嗰啲剪到碎濕濕,起碼有啲咬口,啲腸都整得幾乾淨,亦都冇怪味。蝴蝶腩就出邊比較少見,呢間食落去就唔似牛腩,反而似煲湯豬𦟌。食完之後飲埋啖湯汁超甜,啲甜味應該來自啲白蘿蔔,個人就唔太喜歡白蘿蔔,就係怕佢有陣苦澀味,但係個湯頭咁甜,估計啲蘿蔔應該都唔差,下次應該要叫一份蘿蔔。

網上網紅的太安樓牛雜舖店,今天經過特別買了一個細牛雜試吓,價錢$55、中牛雜價錢$60、大牛雜價錢$60,可以支付寶或現金支付。環境一般,大家也知道喺太安樓食嘢多數係街邊小食,多數人都係外賣。味道方面,牛雜味道好,不過與其他牛雜舖也一樣,沒有特別驚喜,份量很少,牛雜切得很細件,底部大部份也是白蘿蔔,價錢偏貴,坦白說不值這個價錢。人試我試,試過一次就夠,應該不會再回購。如果$55 這個價錢,可能買一個牛雜麵食會比較抵食。

太安樓嘅牛雜小店係地道街坊美食代表之一,開業多年,一直人氣不減。七、八年前我曾經喺太安樓住過,當時每日放工行過,都見到門口排住長龍,陣陣香氣撲鼻,令人忍唔住多望兩眼。今次重遊舊地,當然要食返一碗。叫咗蘿蔔、牛腩、心腑,用料十足,每款都煮得入味。蘿蔔腍身而不碎,牛腩香濃鬆化,心腑爽口無臊味。滷水香氣濃郁但唔會過鹹,每啖都帶有懷舊風味。價錢方面以港式小食嚟講算係合理,CP值唔錯,難怪多年來依然咁受歡迎。一碗牛雜,不單止係食物,更係屬於街坊社區嘅味道記憶。食完令人感動又滿足,值得一試再試。

下晝五點幾去到已經排咗大約10人~越夜應該越多人~牛雜價錢都幾親民~所以選擇咗自選幾樣鍾意食嘅嘢~冇叫套餐~睇到都覺得好入味~📣牛腩/牛筋/心腚/蘿蔔/牛雜📣心腚:唔會韌~比我想像中出色~蘿蔔:入味~冇渣~隔離有張枱仔可以自己加醬料~全部都幾好食~下次經過都會再幫襯~CP值:🉐味道:🉐

超好食嘅牛雜!好軟糯同入味,份量都好大,位置都好易搵,真係超鐘意!剛剛做完gym嚟食一碗牛雜真係超級無敵讚。七點多去嘅時候排咗一陣隊,但總體唔使等太耐。三款醬汁好好食架,每個都試下勁讚😘
