喜歡吃廚師發辦,冇可能常常飛,香港也有好吃的,位於上環、向來有水準的「鮨燐」,14貫壽司廚師發辦晚餐,原價每位$1388,現正推出六五折優惠,值得把握機會!出菜有序,組合富心思,師傅細心解說,刺身長過飯,比例理想,全部壽司已預先調味,大家只需要相信,休閒坐着吃。這晚我最喜歡前菜的九州粟米、長崎縣新鮮青魚壽司及大拖羅壽司。九州粟米.螢光魷魚.靜崗蕃茄非常出色的前菜,很喜歡九州粟米,粟米蓉上有少少粟米添口感,真心超甜,好好味。螢光魷魚很嫩,伴以蛋黃醬及青瓜合拍。靜崗蕃茄酸甜多汁,配上的醋啫喱錦上添花,非常醒胃。日本鱸魚壽司.蘿蔔蓉肉質彈牙,與微辣的蘿蔔蓉很夾。北海道墨魚壽司.青檸汁.豉油肉質比較黏,刻意在表面以刀輕切多下倍增層次感。岩手縣青貝壽司.竹炭鹽亦是一般的做法,師傅用掌心拍青貝一下,令其更爽,的確很爽甜。鮫鰈魚壽司又名左口魚或多寶魚,鮫鰈魚是大條的,放在頂端是自身的肥美的魚邊,一起吃,整件壽司都變得更豐收魚,本身雖然魚味較淡,但肥美補不足。大分縣深池壽司.麵豉醬開始魚味比較濃的魚種,大分縣深池,麵豉醬增鹹香。梳子魚壽司.芝麻又名竹籤魚,調味中加了點芝麻,輕輕提味。神內川黑睦魚壽司.
