可能係落雨的關係今晚在Pici 不用等位我們四個人樣樣都想試,所以就選了他們的tasting menuTasting menu真的超級抵食! 一共有四個starter、六款 pasta 和四個dessert,食完我們都非常飽!先來beef tartare, cold cut platter, meatballs 同 octopus!再來是主菜pasta 今次選擇了 cat ears (賣相真的有點似貓耳朵),必食的松露pasta, 其他幾款味道也非常好!甜品方面tiramisu和panna cotta也有點, 兩款也超級好味 而且今次是朋友生日,侍應們還會唱生日歌搞氣氛,最後還幫我們拍上寶麗來照片一張,非常貼心!…查看更多

星期日晚踩完單車,一行四人就諗起要食雞煲加打邊爐七點半左右去到不用等位,非常好!普通原味雞煲和花膠雞煲只相差$58, 貪靚的我們當然揀了花膠雞煲 一開始我們以為打邊爐要另外加錢,但原來只要加入旁邊預備好的上湯就可以,因為雞煲的醬汁已經夠味, 一個價錢,滿足兩個願望(除非你想加錢另選湯底啦!)等了大約15至20分鐘左右,雞煲終於到啦! 這裏是一隻雞的份量,兩男兩女剛剛好味道方面, 醬汁味道濃而不咸,我們只揀了小辣,一開始可能唔夠辣,但繼續食下去醬汁收水後就剛剛好 不能食太辣的朋友可以揀二小辣。食完雞煲之後就自行加入旁邊已預備的上湯打邊爐,極力推介炸響鈴和a4和牛…查看更多

早前見到媒體報道有100款sake任飲,就立即預約星期六晚去試一試!我們一行十人預約了晚上10時入座,去到不用等就已經set好位由於價錢是根據入座時間計算而定,我們有朋友遲到,manager都話可以分開兩批入坐,非常貼心!一入到去就已經見到三個大雪櫃,由專人講解入面共有100款清酒、梅酒和燒酒任飲! 所有酒都以顏色牌分類(青色、橙色和藍色)再配上不同號碼,好似我一樣不懂日文的朋友,只要認住號碼和顏色就不用怕重複本人比較喜歡飲甜的酒,所以就專攻梅酒(橙色牌) 一共試了七款梅酒,每款各有特色而且真的是任飲, 所以由一開始很有規矩的慢慢淺嚐,去到最尾的劈酒...原本我們預計要逗留一個半鐘,最後逗留了1小時已足夠一小時任飲,不用加一,埋單每人$188,值得推介!…查看更多

適逢假期想同朋友high tea, 剛好在尖沙咀附近就揀了這間在K11的ATUM Restaurant! 之前成日在ig見到其他人打卡, 想試了很久!我們即日打電話預約都還有位, 還安排了窗邊位置, 非常好!我和朋友坐下後立即選了 $408 的high tea set。 等了5至10分鐘左右上了果茶, 再來了一個附送的 柚子醋沙律, 非常醒胃! 期待已久的high tea set 賣相真是一流! 味道方面, 鹹點主要是海鮮為主, 味道滿意, 重點推介蟹肉、三文魚和鴨肝醬3款。但甜品方面,不是每一款甜品也有兩件, 我們只好夾硬將他們分成一半試味。除了紫薯撻和朱古力撻之外, 普遍也偏甜, 有點失望... 但以每位埋單 $224 這樣的價錢來說也不過不失啦!…查看更多

Samsen is always my first choice for Thai boat noodles. It satisfies my cravings every single time! This time we have to wait an hour for us to be seated, I think it's worth it, but not the case for my friend.We ordered the Wagyu Beef Boat Noodle. Quality of the Wagyu beef is excellent, and the broth is rich of beefy flavours that leaves me very satisfying. We also ordered the crispy fish skin $18 as a snack, and Pandanus Coconut Dumplings to finish. I just love these warm and chewy dumplings, not too sweet and well balanced with the salted coconut cream. Not so happy Christmas lunch

We went as a group of four to celebrate Christmas. Was really looking forward to it as I've never tried Cova's restaurant before, only their cakes. Given it is $488+10% per person for a semi-buffet lunch, there are many more choices out there to justify the price and experience that we had. I would probably never come back to this branch again.The antipasti buffet was good and fresh with a great variety of salads, seafood, ham, cheese and salami. Was a good start of the meal.The spaghetti and crab meat were fresh but slightly tasteless (please add salt to your dish...). The truffle tortellini was much better overall and hit the spot.I regretted so much not stuffing myself with the antipasti... The main courses didn't arrive until an hour later!! The service was incredibly disappointing, we had to ask for water refill three times until it finally came... If we have to wait for an hour for the mains to arrive, it means the servers do not have much to do in between other than checking on the guests.Finally the main course arrived, we only tried the seabass and beef tenderloin. Surprisingly the seabass came with a shrimp that wasn't stated on the menu. Luckily she wasn't allergic or anything. My friend commented it wasn't the fish wasn't marinated and the sauce didn't quite bring out the flavour of the fish. My beef tenderloin on the other hand was better and I devoured it in no time after the long wait.We really looked forward to the dessert as this is what Cova has been famous for. As chocolate lovers, we really appreciated the intense dark chocolate flavour, but the cake was not sweet at all even after adding the icing sugar... 今日下午茶去咗Green Common 試下,人唔多所以唔需要等位,在 counter 俾完錢就坐低。越南素牛肉湯河原價HK$79,但係六點前order主菜有優惠可以平HK$10,埋單只需HK$69!越南素牛肉湯河用上白蘿蔔清湯,加上紅蘿蔔絲、芽菜、生菜、白蘿蔔等配料,再配上用了香茅、薑汁嚟醃製嘅beyond meat,煎出油香。生洋蔥係同素肉一齊另上的,唔食五辛嘅人士只要夾開就可以。另以小碟加上青檸同辣椒,又真係幾夠越南風味!將軍澳區Vegetarian選擇唔多,雖然我本人唔係素食者,但係都覺得佢份量十足,值得一試!…查看更多

A sister restaurant to The Ocean by acclaimed Chef Olivier Bellin, The Lighthouse Bistro offers seafood-lovers a casual dining experience against the scenic backdrop of Repulse Bay. For gourmets who would go the extra mile in search for food with exceptional quality, here are our picks from the deep-sea navigation journey:THE BIG PLATTER (HK$888 for 2/3 persons) – True to its name, the size of this seafood platter is really impressive and perfect for sharing among families and big groups. Featuring three types of fresh French oysters, langoustines, brown crab, whelks, periwinkles and two types of shrimps*, the three of us barely managed to finish the platter before moving onto the next course. *Try having the smaller shrimps with bread and a generous amount of buckwheat-flavoured butter. This is the way the Bretons savour them as the servers told us. FISH SOUP (HK$88) – A classic French soup with croutons, rouille and grated cheese – a must-try item on the menu. The garlic croutons and saffron rouille perfectly complemented the sweetness and creaminess of the soup, yet adding to the recipe an extra savoury finish. Again, the portion size of the soup is quite generous, it is recommended to share between two people.BOSTON LOBSTER PARMENTIER (HK$188) – Another Chef Bellin’s signature yet a main course perfect for sharing between two people. We never thought Boston lobster and mashed potato would take us on such a deep dive through our senses. Not only does the sizzling lobster foam give off an intense aroma and richness of taste that lingers in our taste buds, the dish is perfectly cooked to add a hint of smokiness to the slight-crispy mashed potato pie. This is undoubtedly one of our favourite dishes!Unfortunately the Strawberry Millefeuille has run out when we ordered, we tried the GIANT PROFITEROLE (HK$88) and FLOATING ISLAND (HK$88) instead to end our night. The Floating Island with cooked egg whites and caramel is slightly too sweet to our taste, but we really enjoyed the Giant Profiterole – a crispy cream puff served with vanilla ice cream and hot chocolate sauce (it is very Instagram-worthy!). Situated from a stone’s throw from Repulse Bay overlooking one of Hong Kong’s most popular beaches among tourists, The Lighthouse Bistro also offers other seasonal seafood grills and main courses, which again are very affordable and great value for money! …查看更多

Adhering to nature and the chef’s hometown, the eight-course menu at The Ocean by Olivier Bellin is designed to take you on a gastronomic dive through the earth and sea of Brittany. Chef Bellin is the first to incorporate authentic Breton buckwheat into contemporary Frenchcuisine. If you were wondering what flavour could define Brittany, look no further, because you would expect to taste this traditional, earthy ingredient throughout the dishes!Here are my picks from the eight-course Breton-inspired menuCEAN BREEZE - thinly sliced cauliflowers that are grown on the Breton coast, served with creamy parmesan ice-cream, elegantly garnished with squid ink jus and lime. This dish highlights the contrast of temperatures, textures, colours and flavours from the Brittany sea.SEA ANCHOR – a deeper dive into the ocean: raw Hokkaido scallops and Japanese kabu turnip slices with honey and pollen vinaigrette dressing, which perfectly complemented the creaminess of the scallops. A subtle burst of freshness is guaranteed.FIRST WAVE - undoubtedly one of my favourite dishes! Brittany langoustine (also commonly known as scampi or Norway lobster) is often described as the new marker in haute cuisine for its succulent texture, and to our expectation, it is perfectly pan-seared to retain its freshness and richness from the sea. With the addition of the earthy buckwheat lace, black pudding and beetroot sauce to give a hint of sweet finish to the dish, it leaves us wonder how this small piece of seafood contains such intensive flavour that lingers in our mouths.BLUE LAGOON – a photogenic dish yet another highlight of the menu, featuring melt-in-the-mouth Japanese sea urchin in oatmeal foam and toasted buckwheat, which to our surprise is a perfect marriage of the marine and terrestrial flavours. DEEP SEA – featuring Atlantic cod fish confit in seaweed topped with fermented rice, potato gnocchi, burnt razor clams and andouille chips served with grated fresh lemon. 小妹與男友今天再四出覓食男友說之前吃過Zoe的生日蛋糕很不錯,於是心想不妨一試~親切的店員,簡潔的裝飾,柔和的音樂,加上大大的甜品櫃...加分!小妹要了Chocolate mud cake($33)加熱的moccachino($4x),而男友則要了blueberry cheesecake($33)加凍的moccachino($4x)Chocolate mud cake的朱古力味濃而不膩, 蛋糕鬆軟度適中~連不是朱古力控的男友也給它一個大讚blueberry cheesecake的芝士味香但不會過重,襯托著非常新鮮的藍莓醬~小妹吃過一半時已不想與男友交換了整體蛋糕和飲品的賣相及味道也十分討好~唯一令小妹有怨言的是蛋糕的份量非常細,而飲品與食品的價錢也定得偏高...再者每人的最底消費也定得太高($50 excluding service charge), 若果只是牙癢癢想吃一件蛋糕就不可能了但像Zoe這麼好的蛋糕,偶爾來一兩次也無妨吧…查看更多
