次次去海濱匯經過Mano都見到好熱鬧,今次就去試吓有咩特別。又真係幾okay。環境之前行開行埋都見到佢嘅裝修幾別緻,最欣賞就係佢掛牆嘅酒架。食物Soup of the Day - 蘑菇湯見到同飲到細細嘅蘑菇粒,而且唔似罐頭湯咁得個咸,真係有蘑菇香味。相信餐廳真係blend菇整湯,唔係開粉或者罐頭湯。澳洲雞鹽薯條薯條炸得幾脆,加上淡淡咸香,好易就食唔停。不過冇咩好特別,至少唔係味精嘅味道~芝士肉醬千層麵佢冇蕃茄醬嘅酸味,肉醬唔會好稠有肉味,千層麵軟硬度啱啱好,煮得用心,一上菜熱辣辣咁食係幾享受。香煎三文魚柳配松子仁炒菠菜葉三文魚較厚身,煎得啱啱好熟。三文魚皮煎得香脆,適當調味,肉汁仲keep到,不過配埋三文魚籽食好似有少少怪。薯蓉同菠菜有啲驚喜,菠菜有蒜香味,欣賞佢個薯蓉整得綿密同有牛油香。提拉米蘇甜度適中,食落唔會實得得,雖然唔似正宗意大利提拉米蘇禁稀,但佢都算高質。…查看更多
