蝦湯沾面蝦味非常濃郁,亦沒有其他食評說得那麼鹹,甚至可以在點單時揀濃味一點。美中不足的是沾麵湯不夠熱。拉麵是問香港的麵廠攞貨,煮出來口感也非常彈牙,時間掌握得不錯。食完麵可以問職員拎清湯去溝淡個湯底飲埋佢,呢個係日本叫湯割,第一次喺香港見到有。同行朋友吃蕃茄蝦沾麵,但覺得蕃茄味道搶了蝦的鮮味,略為可惜,原味會更好食。聽到員工說將會轉Menu ,不會再做沾面,改做湯麵,希望湯麵的湯底可以維持這個水準,會再回來吃。…Read More

一直係番茄師兄熟客,蕃茄湯烏冬係世一,最鐘意加炒蛋咁食。但今日去發覺轉左餐牌,由散叫變左做套餐。因為佢個蕃茄湯加炒蛋都好飽肚,之前單點一個烏冬就已經好飽,變左做套餐其實真心食唔晒。其實我都明轉套餐係想加價,我寧可你直接加價,好過逼我要埋唔想要既野。另外新餐牌少左好多餸菜,騸牯牛冇左,雞扒冇左,牛臉頰又冇左,其實而家個list真係唔係好好揀得落手,最後揀左雞胸,但出黎個樣好似人地即食雞胸咁,隔離枱都話似即食雞胸翻熱,同埋d香料就咁睇好似發霉咁,賣相真係唔得。一直都都好支持番茄師兄既理念同食物,希望老闆可以做番以前既水準…Read More

見到有幾位KOL都講過呢間店,其中一個仲要推薦叻沙,我都好鐘意食,見到lunch menu有就即管去會下佢。同朋友叫左蝦面同叻沙,再加左蟹肉饅頭1)蟹肉饅頭 - 調味太甜,完全唔香辣,亦冇蟹味,饅頭唔脆2)蝦面 - 伏到痴線,一上枱層油真係半隻碗咁厚,一匙羹筆落去係一滴湯都筆唔到,全部係油,蝦頭油頂唔多好似麻油咁放少少,點會放到半個碗都係?一夾起面,湯汁掛唔到上去,只係掛油,食落一口油,又淡而無味,兩隻蝦既肉仲要係霉既。我好想知佢做緊邊度口味既蝦面,去過吉隆坡同檳城食,從來未食過咁油既蝦面。唔好問我佢湯底如何,我飲唔到,我筆到既只有油。3)叻沙冇蝦面咁油,但都係一層油鋪係上面,湯底唔夠味,隻蝦冇咁霉,但都冇咩值得去食。另外冷氣唔夠凍,而家咁熱天氣仲要食湯面,我食完出黎都仲係出緊汗…Read More

睇網絡自取軟件介紹呢間餐廳想來咗好耐啦。因為人多所以只可以嗌得四個餸,一早預留左餐廳嘅招牌菜:糯米飯釀雞翼,炸茄子,蜜汁鰻魚,再聽老闆介紹嗌咗咕嚕肉。炸茄子:四碟餸入面最好食,外脆內軟,好食過薯條好多,呢碟餸可以encore蜜汁鰻魚:$175只有10小舊,鰻魚皮脆肉質都好結實,但呢個價錢我覺得有少少貴。糯米飯釀雞翼:雞翼炸得夠脆,糯米飯都幾香,但係調味可以再鹹少少,咁會帶出油香多啲咕嚕肉:呢碟餸最失望,咕嚕肉唔脆,個汁亦都唔覺得好味,有啲過鹹,我覺得樓下是但間茶餐廳都做得好過佢。結論係嗌呢間餐廳招牌菜就得啦。至於服務方面因為老闆親自服務,所以服務都算係咁,冇其他comment講嘅問題。…Read More

見到restaurant week promotion lunch menu 係$250再加一。成個menu有頭盤主菜同甜品,不包咖啡同茶。先講送既面包籃,面包係熱既好好味,脆既餅都好蘇脆,但法包就少少失色,外皮un un地。頭盤揀左手拆蟹肉沙律,蟹肉鮮甜,沙律都好清新,水準唔錯。主菜揀左和牛,睇油花唔算高級數,但師傅煎既火候剛剛好,如果調味淡d去突出肉味會更加好。甜品食左拿破倫蛋糕,呢個相對佢其他餐點就差左少少了,唔夠香脆,用個叉用力叉落去都整唔爛個餅,搞到成塊咁食。總括黎講呢個餐有呢個restaurant week offer係抵食既,食物份量好夠,而且都有水準,但正價的話我就覺得唔值了。…Read More

本身見到openrice咁多正評,都對呢餐有期望,但食完後完全唔知點解會有咁多正評,可能晚餐同午餐係兩個廚師,或者其他我唔知既原因唔,總之我食完lunch絕對唔會再黎。首先個周打蜆湯一食就知係用粉開出黎,仲有d怪味,飲左兩啖就冇飲。lunch set我揀左牛排,係茶記用鬆肉粉拿過既牛排質素,調味勁咸,為左唔浪費勉強食到落肚。最伏係杯飲品,加左錢轉oero奶昔,我懷疑呢間餐廳老闆唔知咩叫奶昔,呢杯完全係smoothie, 係oero加冰blend左佢,完全冇奶味或質感,唔好話creamy la, 難飲到痴線! 總結來講係茶記不如既質素,西餐廳既價錢,呢幾樣野埋單都要$120一位,呢個價係荃灣大把野好食過佢。…Read More

自從同事介紹左呢間餐廳比我之後,一試難忘。平平日lunch 50-60蚊就落到樓,有餐飲有甜品,只係價錢都冇得輸,質素仲要比得上好多貴價餐廳。老闆又勁好人,有時餐牌冇既,佢如果有材料都會幫我地整。可惜自從公司搬遠左,就好難lunch去食了。今晚同男朋友第一次食Sandy's 既dinner menu,不過我始終掛住上次食過既豬軟骨炒飯,就厚住面皮咁問老闆有冇得叫 (因為係lunch menu 既野黎),不過老闆今日生意太好賣晒了。但係老闆好記性,記得我上次好鍾意食嗰個酸菜德國豬手炒飯,就問我今次想唔想encore,咁我當然想啦!跟住仲點左個牛油果蟹籽沙律、白汁煮青口、卡邦尼意粉。最好食始終係德國豬手酸菜炒飯,可能因為一次過叫左三樣creamy sauce 既野,所以酸菜個味零舍開胃。 白汁煮青口都好有驚喜,個汁直程想問老細可唔可以拎碗白飯黎撈。卡邦尼意粉係鋪頭招牌,上面仲有幾片Parma ham。牛油果蟹籽沙律嗰個醬呢有少少酸酸地,冇普通沙律醬咁漏。全晚都好滿足,最後老闆勁好人,送咗兩個疏乎里比我同我男朋友食,好耐冇食過咁好食嘅疏乎厘,比好多甜品舖出色!我食完即刻同老闆講不如加佢入menu, 不過老闆話疏乎里真係要有時間先做到,因為好多功夫,仲要冇得整定。多謝老闆咁忙都整比我地食!咁正既餐廳真係唔應該比地點埋沒,樓上舖的確人流少d, 難搵d, 不過租金平,如果唔係點可以以咁平既價錢,比到咁好既食物質素!今晚食左咁多野,埋單都係$268!…Read More
