近日漫步於九龍城，偶然闖入一家新開的糖水店。店鋪雖不大，但整體佈置乾淨整潔，儘管是新店，卻已經吸引不少顧客，人氣頗旺，座位不多但秩序井然。菜單豐富多元，港式糖水與台式甜品並重，並搭配港、台式小食。此次我們點選了幾款甜品，細細品味。🍧 白玉龍眼冰選用含牛奶成分的冰磚，入口即化，帶有淡淡的奶香。龍眼份量十足，果肉鮮甜多汁，清新解渴，是炎夏最佳的消暑良品。🫚即撞薑汁奶這款甜品令人驚喜連連。在香港，許多糖水店的薑汁撞奶或多或少都會偏離原汁原味，有的奶味過重，有的薑味過於濃烈。然而，這家店的版本恰到好處—薑汁濃郁但不蓋過奶香，奶味純正，溫熱的飲品入口暖心暖胃。唯一略嫌可惜的是，凝固程度略偏水，但仍是一款值得回味的佳品。🥚🥛濃厚蛋白燉鮮奶香氣馥郁，奶味純粹，口感厚重而細膩，滑順順口。每一口都帶來濃郁的奶香與蛋白的細膩融合，令人回味無窮。整體而言，這次的品嚐經驗令人印象深刻。無論是炎熱的夏日還是寒冷的冬季，這裡都能找到適合的甜品。期待這家店在未來能持續精進，帶來更多令人驚喜的甜品，成為九龍城不可錯過的糖水新地標。Recently, while walking around Kowloon City, I found a new dessert shop. The store is small but clean and tidy. Even though it’s new, it already has many customers and is quite popular. There are only a few seats, but the place is well-organized and busy.The menu has many options, including Hong Kong-style desserts, Taiwanese sweets, and some snacks. I chose a few desserts to try.🍧 Longan IceMade with milk-based shaved ice, it melts quickly and has a light milky flavor. The longan is big and juicy, sweet and fragrant. It’s perfect for hot days, refreshing and cooling.🫚 Ginger Milk CurdThis dessert was a nice surprise. Many places in Hong Kong make ginger juice with milk that’s too milky or too strong in ginger. But this shop’s version is just right: the ginger is spicy but not overpowering, and the milk tastes pure. Served warm, it’s very comforting. The only small downside is that the milk jelly was a bit watery, but it’s still very tasty.🥚🥛 Steamed Milk Pudding with Egg WhiteRich and fragrant, with a smooth and thick texture. The milk flavor is pure, and the egg white adds a delicate touch. Every bite is satisfying and tasty.Overall, I had a great experience.
