Came here after reading all the rave reviews on OpenRice and Google (seriously, almost every comment mentions the pizza and wings) and I can now officially join the fan club.Started with the buffalo wings – properly spicy, super crispy skin, and that tangy Frank’s-style sauce clings to every piece. Easily some of the best in Hong Kong; no wonder people keep calling them “addictive.”The Luigi’s burger was massive: thick, juicy patty cooked exactly medium as requested, melted cheddar dripping down the sides, crisp bacon, and a buttery toasted bun that holds everything together. Absolute comfort-food heaven.Then the star of the night: the Four Cheese Pizza (Quattro Formaggi). Thin, slightly charred crust with that perfect leopard-spotting on the edges, just the right amount of chew. They don’t skimp on the cheese here – generous layers of creamy mozzarella, sharp aged Parmesan, pungent gorgonzola that hits you with that beautiful blue-cheese funk, and stretchy pockets of milky fior di latte. When you pull a slice, the cheese stretches for days, then collapses into this rich, salty, slightly tangy molten pool. The balance is spot-on; none of the cheeses overpower the others, and there’s a subtle drizzle of truffle oil that elevates the whole thing without being too in-your-face. Hands down one of the best quattro formaggi I’ve ever had in Hong Kong – it lives up to every “best pizza in town” comment you read online.Finished with the legendary skillet cookie: warm, gooey center, crisp edges, rivers of dark chocolate, and a scoop of vanilla ice cream melting on top. Pure happiness in a sizzling pan.Service was warm and attentive even though the place was packed, and prices feel totally fair for the portion size and quality. Luigi’s has officially become my go-to spot in TST – already planning the next visit! If you love proper Italian-American classics done right, believe the hype and come here.
