We came to Macau just for the sole purpose of watching Macau International Fireworks Contest. After the ferry stopped at the jetty, we took the free shuttle bus heading towards The Venetian Hotel. That time of the year was very hot and humid and with the massive amount of people visiting this island, adding to the misery. Once we reached Venetian Hotel, we immediately headed to our first stop of our food hunt - Lord Stow Bakery. Luckily they have a shop that was more conveniently located at the centre of the city, unlike the first outlet that was located quite far off. We only bought a piece of egg tart to share as we will be trying a lot of food throughout the day.
The edge of the crust was very crispy and on the surface of the tart look abit charred. It was of the sweet version, unlike those salty version found in Hong Kong. When i took a bite, the centre of the tart was very soft, melting in the mouth. It was really justified of their name.
