Nice Portuguese pork

Arriving Taipa earlier than expected, decided to go a walk and lunch before checking in. Walked around Vila de Taipa and came across this Cafe Leon. I remembered vaguely that it is a Michelin recommended restaurant and therefore give it a go. It was 2:30pm and they close at 3pm and quite glad that they still let us go in.We were the only customer and therefore, will get the premium service from the restaurant.  This is so delicious, the thin crispy outter crust and super tender pork meat were just amazing. inbetween, there's a thick layer of subcutaneous fat that adds the silky feel to your palate. The seared smell dipped into the mustard that they provided is just perfect. Satisfying yet wanting more.

 Look at the layers~ distinct and tasty.
The second dish we ordered was their famous braised prime beef rib in red wine. We ordered because it looked so nice on their menu. Slow cook with half pinkish middle just look attractive.

 But on arrival, the dish seems slightly different from what the image was shown. The beef was also not organised neatly which kind of dragged the presentation. Taste was good on first bite but didn't last long. You can taste the passion but palate lasted very short. Relatively disappointed compared to the first dish considering it is one of their famous dish. 
Waiter attitude was very nice, didn't try to hurry us from finishing because it was already 3:20pm. Slightly on the higher end compare to other Portuguese restaurant but the pork was really memorable.
