This center-cut tenderloin of Japanese Kuroge Wagyu was astonishingly tender, with a melt-in-the mouth marbling. Tasted well with a bit of salt. Loved the garlic flakes.Australian Long Grain-Fed Beef Rib Eye- obviously not as good as the Chateaubriand- some fascia with firm structure and juicy beefy flavor. The fat was less delicate than Wagyu. Served with creamed gravy. Roasted garlic was good.Pork cutlet- thick, juicy, and perfectly breaded, with a crisp, golden crust. Interior was succulent and clean- save for the piece I got which was all fat. Could do with more seasoning. Short Ribs, again served with a big portion of slightly spicy fries.Tiramisu.In summary: curated carnivore’s dream; steakhouse bringing together Japanese refinement and classic Western meat experience under one roof. …查看更多
