其實平日好少食格仔餅,雞蛋仔。因為格仔餅d調味醬料真係好邪惡。但每一次嚟到澳門都一定要食,最多將平時食嘅嘢減半都要食呢個格仔餅。雖然佢越嚟越貴,但係真係好好食。佢就算擺咗好耐都依然好脆,唔會好似格仔餅咁一陣就林晒。仲要出得嚟又唔係硬,真係唔知佢點整。 繼續閱讀

吃了安德魯的閉門羹澳門朋友即刻駕車去龍眼圍遠遠已見到長龍有外國人, 香港人, 本地人在排隊一共有三款產品雞蛋仔, 格仔餅及香蕉糕我們一行六人買了六七底由於我的格外餅要多醬, 要另加兩元, 十三元一底咦~ 同香港的格仔餅稍有不同更外脆內軟size是傳統的size, 不像現在很多都用waffle機做格仔餅好吃, 非常好吃雞蛋仔呢, 香港的媽咪雞蛋仔會更好這裡質地太軟熟, 很快淋香蕉糕用上大量香精不討好幸好有美味的格位餅搭夠 繼續閱讀

We found a eggette street cart (called 龍眼圍雞蛋仔 in Chinese) when we were on our way to Ruins of St. Paul when we smelled a mouth drooling aroma from Patio das Flores Alley. Although the cart is not visible at all in the dark, the aroma seduces customers to walk into the street to savour their pancakes.This street cart is said to be pretty famous in selling Macau popular street snack - egg waffles/ eggettes, waffles and banana cakes, each selling at MOP9, which is not too bad of a deal.WafflesI always have difficulties in choosing between eggettes and waffles. I opt for waffles tonight because I crave for some evil and fatty condensed milk and peanut butter sauces! We asked for extra sauces for our waffles and we were asked to pay an additional MOP3 for that. We paid as we want our sauce dripping.It might be the end of their night, so they pretty much have all their waffles and eggettes pre-made. Our waffles was served stone cold They didn't even reheat it a bit on the stove. I asked the lady why was my waffle cold, she gave me an awkward smile in return with no comments... Great!Nonetheless the waffles was moist and eggy. The waffle check was the smaller ones so they held the sauces pretty well. The condensed milk and peanut butter were delicious and blended together very well. The saucing was generous as we paid for the extra cost.Banana CakeBanana cake is another Macau's popular street snack but I have never tried it before. It was made like a shape of banana and had a strong aroma and taste of it as well. There was absolutely no banana bites in the cake, so it was probably just an artificial flavouring? The banana cake was freshly made from the griddle and hence with a good texture. It was crispy on the outside and had a soft and moist inner.It is harder to judge if this place is good as I had a cold waffle. But judging from the texture of the banana cake, I assume the waffle would not be better than Lee Keung Kee North Point Eggette or Mammy's Pancake. 繼續閱讀
