This is a very traditional chinese cuisine with food that you can’t always find anywhere else. Food taste great but a little bit salty as I woke up with my eyes swollen 水腫the next morning. Food recommended:大良野雞卷- haven’t tried this dish anywhere before and I quite like it. The middle part is fried milk, on the side is chicken , I don’t know wht else are there but has taste of taro and potato.香橙焗肉排very strong orange flavour, taste very fresh.Sago pudding- not very sweet. The other food are ok but not as surprising as the ones above. This restaurant is famous for its chicken, the skin is crispy but I do not find it very outstanding as compared with the more traditional dish that you can’t try elsewhere. We would wanted to tried the 釀鮻魚，but would need to reserve at least one day before, so have to wait for next time!
