Being a typical Japanese skewer restaurant, they served a wide range of skewer dishes, alcoholic drinks as well as chef recommended dishes.
Yuzu umeshu - It was served in a small glass, and was sweet and refreshing, with strong yuzu taste.
Pork belly - It was skewed till chewy and juicy, with lean fat in between to make it more delicious.
Beef ribs - It was juicy and tender, with charred edges on it as well.
Chicken with mushroom - Chicken was wrapped with mushroom, and was juicy and chew. Mushroom was soft and smooth too.
Grilled threadfin fish - Lemon was used to squeeze on the fish and soy sauce was provided to dip onto it. Fish was grilled till soft and smooth, and the skin was very crispy and thin too. Sauce helped to enhance the taste.
Grilled onion - It was crunchy and juicy, with strong onion taste.
Rice roll - Rice was mixed with sakura shrimps, making it flavourful, and was wrapped with bacon. The taste was flavourful and chewy, with the portion huge in size.
