Always a fan of anything with eggs and have seen some amazing food porn from this cha Chan teng so decided to try! Little did I know, it was a “yellow restaurant” and supports the current HK political situation. All the more reason to go and try out the place! The soy sauce paired with the egg made each bite very indulgent - the eggs though a bit overcooked had a strong flavour, and I’m guessing it’s the type of egg used as the yolk was very yellow! Cha siu however was more on the fatty side - n

It’s nice to try - but perhaps I’d avoid the long queues during rush hours.
