Yum cha is always my favourite place for modern dim sum. The decoration is very modern. There are some food you must not miss. 睇住流奶 （the molten custard steamed bun), 鴿吞鳳莉 （pineapple pastry in a bird cage), fried spicy turnip cake. I would highly recommend their exquisite dim sum. Each of the dim sum has its own characters with good taste. But please be reminded that most of dim sum are just available before 6:00.
