We planned our wedding with this venue on 8th Sept. for about 9 months to 1 year of preparations and they cannot handle any English speaking and event's background's professionals here. We planned our wedding with this venue on 8th Sept. for about 9 months to 1 year of preparations and they cannot handle any English speaking and event's background's professionals here. Very low common sense, inflexible, no understanding, bad internal management, not international / multi cultural and highly inefficient and not experienced in events management. Throughout the year, they could not handle our liaising, communication, coordination at all and always had problems. Their chosen suppliers / vendors also are of low quality, even used bad language and politics to release their pressure to customers/clients. We never experienced such a bad venue before in Hong Kong with a classy venue. On-site during our wedding, they let us deeply down because of their bad quality AV displaying our wedding opening video all wrong and stuck! How embarrassing as an opening! Their staffs are all extremely local HK and do not speak English at all. Deeply disappointed for having our wedding done at their Clubone venues. Very bad arrangements and staff quality.
