I would like to express my deepest disappointment and anger about my experience at Myung Ga Causeway Bay at lunch time today (28 March 2018).

When I was about to leave after lunch there, I used my credit card to make the bill payment and I have been waiting for more than 8 mins but still couldn’t have my credit card back. I walked over to the cashier counter to see what happened. I was so shocked that my credit card was given to another customer. The most ridiculous is that the staff even settled the other customer’s bill with my credit card and didn’t check the signature on the bill against the credit card. If the staff has checked, they should have spotted out that the signature on the bill was different from that on my credit card and such ridiculous incident would not be happened today!

I really have doubt on the internal control over payment on this restaurant and I can tell there is none. What if my credit card was being misappropriated, is this restaurant going to compensate me? I will never visit this restaurant again and I will spread this out to the public - if you want to lose your card and pay your bill for stranger, please go Myung Ga Causeway Bay!!!!

6342 is the last 4 digits of my credit card number, but was settled other customer’s bill and signed by that customer.
