Very disappointing pho place. Called yourselves “what the pho” I’d expect you specialize in pho. Tried your beef noodle with beef balls, it’s a fail to be frank. Soup is tasteless and not hot enough, noodle is all broken up, and there’s not enough soup for a bowl of noodle. There’s also not enough herbs for the pho. There’s a small piece of lime, some bean sprout, and a very small piece of basil(think of a clover leaf). There’s no fresh chili or sriracha and hoi xin sauce unless I ask for it. Th
