Yay it's Friday night and there is nothing better to enjoy Japanese food. Headed to Festival Walk and Sen-ryo is one of two choices. Got a ticket in the queue and waited for roughly 20 minutes. Once sat down I served myself some hot green tea and started filling in the paper form (it's low tech but common in HK).So I got a yellowtail sushi, seared salmon sushi, California hand roll, fried tofu, grilled chicken wings, and clams cooked in butter and sake. So I got a yellowtail sushi, seared salmon sushi, California hand roll, fried tofu, grilled chicken wings, and clams cooked in butter and sake. Unfortunately the grilled beef tongue was sold out.
Both yellowtail sushi and seared salmon sushi looked and tasted ordinary. Maybe it's closed to 9pm and I suspect they only served what was on the sushi train rather than making them fresh.
Luckily the California hand roll was freshly made. The rice was warm, not sure if it's normal but tasted fine. But I think it caused the seaweed to become soft and I had to pull my teeth quite hard to break it
I always order the grilled chicken wings but this time they seem smaller in size, but compensated by an extra small piece of chicken also tied in the skewer (see photo). Nice seasoning with pepper plus squeeze of lemon.
The fried tofu was beautifully served with tiny mushrooms, really delicious I must say.
The clams cooked in sake and butter is one of my favourites here, with a bit of fire underneath to keep the pot warm.
Overall the meal is satisfactory, but I would suggest to visit during non-peak hours.

題外話/補充資料：
I have observed the hygiene of this place a few times and some attention is needed. The area around their computer near the sushi chef is always dusty. If you look at my photo of the hand roll the holder has either aged or not 100% clean.
