The pork tendon takes around 20 to 30 mins to cook till tender, and trust me! WAIT FOR IT! The meat and tendon is tender, soft bone is crunchy but chewable, and it doesn't has the 'undesirable pork smell' if you know what I mean, the scent which you need to use Ginger to cover up usually.
The goose intestine is toothsome as well, most of the food is nice, except the oysters got some shell chips in it.
The downside is the soup base, we should all know the soup is the soul of Chinese hotpot. I get well thirsty after dinner, so I assume they have added a bit too much MSG.
Overall I love the food and I would definitely bring my friends there again.
Also the beer girl there works so hard and does so many jobs which are not in her job nature. Lovely girl, I hope the owner sees this review, and give her some credits haha
