We were attracted to this restaurant in the food court of T.O.P because of its large variety of choices in their menu at a good price. There were a lot of different combinations, such as fried pork, squid, and chicken along with marinated minced pork rice or taiwanese noodles. Their prices were around $40-$50 per set and a drink or a side could be added for around $10-$20 depending on what you added. The photos on their menu showed big portions and attractive sets, so we were quite excited fo
We ordered taro paste milk and deep fried chicken roll with marinated minced pork rice. Although the portion was quite large, with a lot of rice and a lot of fried chicken, the food quality was not good. The whole meal was extremely dry, with no sauce and very little marinated minced pork. There was a lot of rice, but it was not appetising, as it was extremely dry and there was no sauce to eat it with. On top of that, the chicken was very dry and hard too, without much flavor. This is the first time I have found fried chicken unappetising, and I did not want to finish it at all.
However, the taro paste milk was satisfactory. It was quite large and the flavor was not too rich, but quite apparent. The texture is also quite creamy towards the bottom of the drink.
Perhaps their other food are more delicious, but overall, I would not visit again for the food.
