5 of us went to Pici tonight (Sunday night) and the restaurant was literally empty on Sunday. 4 of us arrived first while the 5th friend would come and join us for a drink later. But we asked for a 5 pax table while waiting for her to come. So we ordered 4 set dinner and the waitress told us the 5th person couldn’t eat any of our food and she took away the side table saying we ordered only 4 sets dinner! We were surprised and she called her manager to come over. She put the table back to
What a “service” and they charged 10% service fee still!! I am a regular Pici customer particularly this one because my office is right here and I visited most of their HK branches and Shanghai one too. But I’d never visit Pici again because of such lousy services!
