I was in the area for a quick lunch and stumbled across this very hippie cafe in Kowloon City. Nice deco on the outside and caught my attention immediately. The moment I walked everything just went downhill. These ladies need to get some customer service training and learn how to communicate with customers. It was BEYOND TERRIBLE.
These ladies used their index finger to communicate with their customers:-
- pointed at the temperature check device to direct me for a temp check
- pointed at me to ask me to wait before I had said anything
- pointed at the table to direct me there
- pointed at me again to pick up a coffee
I went from wanting to sit down to have a snack and coffee to just having a takeaway coffee.
Very disappointed.
It was a good (but very expensive) long black but their customer service leave me some bad taste in my mouth.
