Very bad and arrogant service, never again

With my friends, we got to have brunch there. After the order, we waited for one hour, and finally they told us that they did not order for us at all! My god, how that could be? I ask them to put order immediately and need a real apology for this. The brunch was unhappy due to their poor service, and the manager there was very arrogant and refused to give me us a sincere apology and insisted to charge service fee. How ridiculous!Anyway, like others said about this restraunt, OK food with bad ser
