Unpleasant experience in V·Taste Sheung Shui

In general, it can cost you over HK$150 per head here.  Yet, having taken the customer's order, the waiters here wouldn't attend to the customer's legitimate need any more.  For instance, they refused to provide a bowl for holding the water used for rinsing the cutlery  Worse still, they preferred arguing with customers to going one step further to solve the problem   Just one poor touchpoint experience can ruin our confidence in V-Taste, not to mention the reflection of insufficient staff train
