Went during tea set time and ordered chicken wings set and cold noodle set. It was a busy period and service was not attentive. The cold noodles came and were hard and inedible. We told the server and the said they would redo it softer. After more than 20 mins, the chicken wings set came and were NOT FULLY COOKED it was pink in a lot of places. We told the server we didn’t have time to wait for it to be redone and she said she would cancel it from the bill. The cold noodles came and once again

The cold noodles came and once again were hard and not cooked fully. We decided to just go as there was no point eating something which tasted so bad and was hard to swallow. When we went to pay they did indeed cancel the chicken wings but charged us full price for the free drink that came with set (which in the end was about 2/3 of the set price)
This is unacceptable. They wasted our time and served us undercooked chicken wings and they still charged us for the drink. They should be apologizing for serving food that wasn’t cooked properly. This is very bad business practice.
