Unacceptable service

We ordered within 5 minutes of being seated as we usually order the kid's meal and a caprese, no brainer. And we asked for tap water. At least we were brought the water on time. The rest was history! Guests in other tables seated a good 10 minutes after we ordered got their food first which got me a bit suspicious that something's not right. Turns out our order was still not in their system a good 20 minutes after we ordered the food. We still stayed and repeated our order because my daughter wa

Turns out our order was still not in their system a good 20 minutes after we ordered the food. We still stayed and repeated our order because my daughter wanted her pizza. But this is unacceptable. To forget an order.
And to come around and ask us who took our order ! How should I know, it was a girl is all I remember. Check your CCTV.
