Nicholini's is actually a favorite of mine in terms of Italian food. Even though I feel that sometimes the service of their junior staff is not up to standards (they sometimes have hotel school trainees), their time and thoughtfulness in preparing for even a simple dish can still be noticed.My favorite is still Lobster Angel-hair. Food is still among the best in hotel Italian food. From what I experienced only Tuscana in Ritz Carlton is on par. The environment is nice and pleasant.Again though t

Nicholini's is actually a favorite of mine in terms of Italian food. Even though I feel that sometimes the service of their junior staff is not up to standards (they sometimes have hotel school trainees), their time and thoughtfulness in preparing for even a simple dish can still be noticed.

My favorite is still Lobster Angel-hair. Food is still among the best in hotel Italian food. From what I experienced only Tuscana in Ritz Carlton is on par. The environment is nice and pleasant.

Again though the pricing is high and expected to be. Cova is nice but I just don't think that it is in the same league in every respect with Nicholini's. If you need a quiet place with decent Italian food this would be my recommendation. I just don't think the comments here do any justice.
