Went for a spontaneous burger fix after all my exams! I really like the decor of Burger Circus, which reminds me of some vintage American diners. My friend and I both had the Circus burger combo set, with milkshakes for an extra of $25. The bill totalled around $300. The burgers arrived after ~20mins, followed by their milkshakes. However, 10mins after our order, the waiter gave us the wrong milkshake (ordered by the table next to us) Aw man, got our hopes up. AND we nearly drank it. They r

The burgers arrived after ~20mins, followed by their milkshakes. However, 10mins after our order, the waiter gave us the wrong milkshake (ordered by the table next to us) Aw man, got our hopes up. AND we nearly drank it. They realized the mistake pretty quick though.
First impression: The presentation of the food was really cute! I love the little paper containers, and the milkshakes looked really nice with cherries on top!
The Circus Burger (6/10)The burger bun was nicely toasted. Veggies tasted fresh, bacon crispy, and the patty tasted just right. The caramelized onions added dimension to the burger. Yet, as a cheese lover myself, I found the cheese too thin and lacked flavor. The burger might as well come without the cheese.
Halfway through eating our burgers, the sauce (from the caramelized onions I guess) started to drip down to the paper containers. The containers didn't really help to hold the sauce. Very soon, sauce came out of the paper containers and dripped onto our hands. IT WAS A MESS. The bun then became very soggy as the sauce accumulated at the bottom of the container. The whole experience became unpleasant. Prehaps they could be more user-friendly and switch their design of the container, or just simply put the burgers on plates.
Milkshakes (10/10)The milkshakes were so good though. I chose the cheesecake flavor, while my friend had the chocolate one. I think they literally blended a cheesecake into the shake, it tasted EXACTLY like a New York cheesecake to me. YUM! Also, the consistency was excellent. The shakes were thick and creamy, just the way I like it hehhehe
Fries (7/10)
The fries were freshly fried and tasted like ordinary fries.
I would defo return for more milkshakes, the Cinnamon Roll spiked one's gonna be my next target!
