Kwai Chung Plaza always surprises me each time I come here. The food stalls always bring out something new. Sometimes interesting. Sometimes shocking. And this time? It was interesting.We walked by Athena and saw the lone staff there whipping away a drink like a bartender. Shaking stuff with a shaker. He was tasting after each addition. He seemed serious and we were intrigued. So, we decided to order a drink.His whole set up is like a bar. But there is no alcohol.Menu is in English and Chinese.

Menu is in English and Chinese. There is no 10% service charge as it's clearly takeaway only. He offers mocktails, smoothies and ice coffee.
We decided to get a Ber Ber Berries ($36). Mixed berries, fresh juice, soda it said. And away he shook. He took the time to place the fruit nicely on top as well. With a sprinkle of sugar, he offered us the drink. And it was good. The perfect amount of carbonation. Not too much that it hurt but just enough to please The balance of sweet and sour was perfect. The fresh berries were blueberries and cranberries, giving it a sour tart balance to the drink.
A very good drink. And like a bartender, he even offers suggestions that might suit your tastes. A drink does take a while to make as he's the only person there. Plus, he really does make it one by one.
