The Best Dumpling Place in SheungWan

Hei Baat Fong became my favourite dumpling place in Sheung Wan after visiting it for the first time. The dumplings were so fresh with huge, meaty shrimps! The skin was reasonably thin. The best part is definitely the collagen fish soup! It’s so flavoured yet not overly salty. I drank every single drop of it and enjoyed the whole bowl through and through!Definitely coming back to try out other dumplings, and probably with noodles too next time.
