TERRIBLE SERVICE!!!!!!

I went there last week to try their ice cream. I first approached their ice cream counter and asked them about the price for dining in/take away. When we asked the waitress about the difference prices she replied coldly. Finally I decided to dine in...and she only offered us a glass of water, DIDN'T EVEN BOTHER TO OFFER US THE MENU. Did she assume that we wouldn't order any drinks? the food there is nice though. There's should be no excuse for service like that!
