Visited Ying Garden Seafood Dining and had a really pleasant experience. This popular Sichuan dish was executed well. The broth had a great balance of tangy and spicy flavours 🌶️, the fish slices were smooth and tender, and the pickled greens added that essential crunch and sourness. Very appetizing!

A classic fried rice 🍚. This version had plenty of shrimp 🍤, wasn't greasy, and had a good 'wok hei' flavour. Solid and satisfying comfort food.

Salt & Pepper Tofu Cubes with Cashew Nuts (椒鹽腰果豆腐粒) ($108)
These were delicious! The tofu cubes had a perfectly crispy golden exterior and a soft, silky interior. They were seasoned well with salt and pepper, and the addition of crunchy cashew nuts was a great touch. Highly recommended! 👍

Peking Duck Slices (京式片皮鴨) ($98)
We snagged this as part of a fantastic dinner promotion (choose 1 from 6 options for $98)! 🦆 The portion included beautifully sliced duck with crispy skin and tender meat. Perfect for making little wraps (assuming pancakes and condiments were provided, as is standard). Excellent value for Peking Duck!

We had a very enjoyable meal at Ying Garden Seafood Dining. The food was tasty across the board – the Suan Cai Yu was flavourful, and the promotional Peking Duck was great value. 👍😊
