Mom's Dry Noodles origin is in Taiwan. We are able to buy them from supermarkets too. There are soup noodles and dry noodles in both spicy and non spicy flavor! It is defo my comfort food during my OT period! This time, we are finally able to visit their restaurant! There were tones of noodles choices for us to pick and bubble tea as well!
For snacks, we ordered Chinese Chives & Pork Dumpling. There were 7 pcs in total stuffed with flavorful fillings like Chinese chives and pork. I quite liked it because it has some soup inside and we could dipped with vinegar.
For the noodles, we ordered Chef's Signature Chinese Wine Chicken Dry Noodles and Noodles in Chinese Ham, Dried Scallop and Chinese Wine Chicken Soup. Both of them looked nearly the same but it tasted differently. From their menu, they had mentioned that all their noodles are handmade and sun-dried in the Guan Miao District in Tainan, Taiwan. No added preservatives and sweet which means it is relatively healthy.
For the bubble tea, we ordered their signature drink - Mom's Brown Sugar Pearl Tea with Fresh Milk and Mom's Brown Sugar with Homemade Soya Bean. Both of them had strong brown sugar flavor. Both of them were not very sweet. The pearl was very chewy too! We love our own drink!
