I was looking forward to trying this dish based on the reviews below, but ended up being underwhelmed. The oysters came coated in a layer of batter that was unexpectedly doughy and the sauce tasted heavily of miso rather than uni. If there was uni in it, I couldn't taste it. Grilled to juicy perfection and unlike the beef, salted just right. Complemented wonderfully by the sweet dipping sauce.One of the best uni I've eaten in Hong Kong, and I'd come back for the uni rice bowl here anytime!
題外話/補充資料：
The restaurant is tucked away on what seems to be a mezzanine floor above the 5th floor (one enters from "Hooray", an Italian restaurant on the 5th floor). Discount of 10% with a HSBC platinum credit card.
