My recent visit to this cafe was remarkably disappointing. Despite clearly stating I only needed a quick coffee, what followed was an hour-long ordeal for just two cups of coffee. While this establishment clearly aims to present itself as sophisticated, their handling of customers and forceful attempt to modify orders completely contradicts any notion of refinement they're trying to maintain.
The combination of poor service, lack of trust in customers, and their insistence on changing orders makes for an extremely uncomfortable dining experience. Their pretentious atmosphere falls flat when paired with such unprofessional service standards.
