High expectation in Yakiniku Jumbo as its one of the famous yakiniku restaurant from Japan.《野原焼き Noharayaki》This A5 Wagyu is the must-try item in Yakiniku Jumbo and is included in HKD 598 Lunch Set. A huge slice of sirloin from Kagoshima marinated with sauce and luckily I didn't get the overcooked one so it's really delicious and melting in my mouth. Sorry to say but my favourite part in 1st pic is 特上カルビ coz it is less marinated and I can feel the beef flavour more.
ザブトン(Zabuton)-the square shape rare cut of beef is very impressive too.

Need to pre-order 3 days in advance and It's good to be shared by 3-4 people.
I think it's good to come after 1 more month as some of the staff is still quite green and not really as professional as those in high-end restaurants.
