Came here to enjoy the buffet. A short line and waiting and it was our turn. The waiter let us inside and it was very dark, stuffy with bad air quality. Adjacent table was a having a big BBQ on open fire where the smoke couldn’t dissipate. Fine it’s BBQ, but looking at the ceiling, there was zero extra measure or some sort of extra air ventilation than any other restaurant. Had to order via mobile app, and here is the shocker: upon checking the items, lots of things were sold out! Isn’t this sth
Had to order via mobile app, and here is the shocker: upon checking the items, lots of things were sold out! Isn’t this sth that should not have happened to a buffet menu, or at least spare the customer the habit to waste time and put a sign that some items are not available? Shame on you, first lure the customer in, and hope they will accept that some food items are not available!
