We brought our Ukrainian friend to try Thai siu mei diner right across the Dragon Centre. The soup was my all-time favourite, that night we had this pork, sweet corn, pears and “fishy herbs” (魚腥草) soup, it’s full of ingredients and tasted as good as I remembered. Our friend was a siu mei fanatic so we gotta get the roasted goose, and roasted pork, plus one serving of charsiu to share. Both the roasted pork and charsiu were in succulent thick cuts. The roasted pork had very thin and crispy skin; charsiu was so fluffy. There was Eason Chan’s songs playing in the background and we couldn’t resist singing along…. Don’t mind us! Haha!
