Mui Kee Congee, located on the fourth storey of Fa Yuen Street Market is famous for their meat and fish congee. Their congee is freshly prepared only upon your order. I watched the chef in action as he was busy preparing the food. Cantonese congee version has a silky smooth texture from the long hours of slow boiling.
