The kneaded one was equally good! The meat was really tender and juicy, pairing with my favourite pamuchi (which is green onion and leeks in spicy sauce) gave the perfect and refreshing bite🌿
薄切牛排骨肉也很不錯! 肉質軟腍但不失咬口, 配上爽脆的大葱絲, 中和了牛肉的油膩感, 味道和口感都更上一層樓呢!!

p.s. 其實很愛吃파무침但在香港的韓國餐廳很少見到 (是因為香港人都不會點來吃嗎?🤔), 所以一看到餐單上有就馬上下單!!😍

Need some carbs to finish off the meal so we ordered an ox bone soup. The creamy white broth was very nourishing, with noodles soaked inside. It was even served with an extra bowl of rice, a full and satisfying meal!!
只吃烤肉有點上火所以還點了滋補的雪濃湯, 雪白的湯底看起來很養生🤍喝一口清淡的湯來平衡偏重口味的烤肉, 熱騰騰的湯裏還有麵條, 飽肚超滿足!!
